Q. DOES DENTAL CARE OF FLORA ACCEPT MY INSURANCE?
A. We accept all dental insurance companies. We will also file the claims for you. However, if your insurance company requires you to see an "in-network" provider, you may want to check to see if Dr. Franklin is a network provider before your appointment.
Q. IS DR. FRANKLIN A NETWORK PROVIDER FOR MY INSURANCE?
A. Dr. Franklin is currently a network provider for Aetna, AlwaysCare, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Mississippi, Cigna PPO, Dental Dental , Guardian, MS CAN, Mississippi Children's Health Program (CHIPs), and Mississippi Medicaid. There are also dozens of insurance plans that fall under the umbrella of the plans above. If you don't see your plan listed above, please give us a call.
Q. I HAVE DENTAL INSURANCE. HOW DO I KNOW WHAT I WILL OWE AT MY VISIT?
A. At the time of your appointment, we will gather all of your insurance information and we will be able to give you an estimate of you will owe. This is an estimate, though, and your insurance company may deny the claim or pay differently than we estimate for various reasons. You will be responsible for any portion your insurance does not pay. If you want to know exactly what your portion will be before treatment, we would be happy to file a pretreatment estimate with your insurance company.
